By availing of any tour and transport services provided by Good Time Travel and Tours, you are entering into a contractual agreement with our agency and confirming your acceptance of the following Terms & Conditions. Tour and Transport Reservation
- Our tour packages are available for private and joiner tours every day unless specific travel dates are indicated.
- Booking your tour package is easy! You can reserve your spot online using our booking & payment through phone call.
- All rates on our website include value-added tax and surcharges for a comprehensive and transparent pricing experience.
- Our rates are based on the lowest-priced service for each inclusion, considering possible and mandated discounts.
- To confirm your reservation, we require a minimum down payment of 25% for all bookings. Please note that down payments received after office hours will be considered as next-day bookings.
- You will receive a confirmation email acknowledging your payment and confirming your reservation.
Payment
- A minimum of 25% down payment of the total package is required for GoCebu to process your reservation.
- Payment can be made through bank transfer, money transfers (e.g., GCash & Maya), credit cards, or debit cards through the PayPal gateway.
- Your booking will not be confirmed until Good Time Travel and Tours receives the down payment and sends a confirmation email to you. If payment is not received within the specified period, your reservation will be automatically canceled, and Good Time Travel and Tours reserves the right to apply cancellation charges if necessary. Please note that the price is guaranteed upon receipt of the down payment.
- While bank transfer or money transfer is highly recommended, you can also make an online payment by specifying it during your reservation. An invoice or a payment link will be sent to you via email after Good Time Travel and Tours receives your offline reservation form through our Facebook page, Viber, WhatsApp, website chatbox, or phone call. You can use the payment link to pay with a credit card or debit card via the PayPal gateway.
- Please note that Good Time Travel and Tours is not responsible for canceled tour reservations if the down payment is not received before the travel date.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Good Time Travel and Tours reserves the right to cancel confirmed tours in the event of natural phenomena or mandated government cancellations. In such cases, guests will be entitled to a refund, minus a 10% service charge, as well as any applicable bank fees, transfer fees, accommodation costs, and other related expenses. Alternatively, guests may opt to reschedule their booking to a later date, subject to tour availability.
- Furthermore, Good Time Travel and Tours reserves the right to cancel the tour for any member of the group without a refund if they are deemed physically unfit to participate, such as being intoxicated or unable to engage in the activity once the tour has started. However, if the cancellation is due to a valid illness (e.g., colds or headaches), we will provide a refund for the entrance fee or any other applicable expenses.
Please note that Good Time Travel and Tours will not provide refunds for the cancellation of other group members, portions of trips missed due to canceled, rescheduled, or delayed flights, or if a passenger is denied permission to travel after airport check-in. Good Time Travel and Tours is not responsible for any additional expenses you may incur before joining your trip if you miss your flight departure or connection.
Additionally, there will be no refunds for unused transportation, entrance fees, hotels, or tours. If you need to withdraw from the tour after it has begun for any reason, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide refunds for any missed portions of the tour.
Price and Discount
Our package rates are based on the prevailing rates at the time of publication. At Good Time Travel and Tours, we adhere to a “No Hidden Charges” policy, meaning the price you see includes value-added tax and surcharges. However, please note that prices are subject to change without prior notice, and terms and conditions will apply. If any additional fees are incurred, such as government taxes, hotel charges, or changes in rates, we reserve the right to adjust the package price accordingly.
Discounts for senior citizens and/or PWDs apply only to entrance fees and do not extend to car rental or transport rates when accompanied by adults or children. To avail of the discount, a valid Senior/PWD ID must be presented.
Accommodation
- Once a booking is confirmed, no refund will be provided for accommodation if changes or cancellations are made. Guests are responsible for adhering to the hotel policies and should direct any concerns or complaints regarding the hotel or accommodation to the hotel’s representative for proper assistance.
If the listed hotels are unavailable, we will inform you and provide alternative options. Please note that the package rate may change based on hotel selection and season. We strongly recommend reviewing the hotels listed to ensure they meet your preferences before confirming the package.
No Sightseeing Policy
- Please note that certain activities, such as whale shark watching, may be canceled due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions and other environmental factors. In the event of such cancellations, we regret that transportation charges that have already been used will not be refunded. However, any unused boat fees and entrance fees will be refunded.
Fitness
- All guests must be in good physical and mental condition to participate in the activities specified in the tour package. Prior to the start of any activity, all guests must attend a briefing or orientation and sign a waiver.
Safety
- The safety and security of our guests are our top priorities. We ensure that all of our tours comply with local laws and regulations. Our experienced drivers and guides are trained to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. We regularly check and maintain our equipment and vehicles to the highest standards, conducting thorough risk assessments to minimize potential hazards. In the unlikely event of a medical emergency, Good Time Travel and Tours will not be held liable for medical care or the adequacy of care rendered. By participating in any of our tours, you agree to hold Good Time Travel and Tours harmless with regard to the provision and adequacy of medical care.
